Senior Moving in South Florida
For senior moving, send one family contact, downsizing decisions, personal essentials, and the new room plan before reserving other building arrangements. The request then reflects the work at both ends.

Ask another questionWhich South Florida notes should cover family contact?
Send Pack-Man a clear note about one person authorized to confirm scope, access, timing, and placement.
Who approves room-by-room planning at the building?
Do not treat a destination room for every item on the shared list as fixed until the property approves it.
How does Pack-Man use downsizing timing during loading?
Loading decisions use keep, gift, donate, and discard decisions before packing alongside the inventory.
What should the unload plan say about accessible essentials?
The unload order should account for medication, identification, mobility aids, keys, documents, and first-night items.
Which details must appear in the final written scope?
Written terms confirm one contact, one list, clear room labels, and an agreed decision order.
Set the family handoff plan
Send the building windows, addresses, and item list for a scope check.

Moving experiences with Pack-Man Moving Services
Feedback from customers who described the work in their own words.
On the second day of summer and the hottest day so far, the three-person crew arrived and got the job done in less time than was expected. They were amazing. 29 pieces later they were done. I was in awe. Wish I had taken pictures. Highly recommend this company. They weren’t cheap but they got the job done.
The crew was very conscientious and careful. We are grateful for their hard work!
The crew helped us move two homes into one today. Professional, friendly, and took a lot of care with our furniture. I would definitely hire this crew again! Thanks, everyone!
After receiving many quotes for our entire home + garage + outdoor furniture move, we went with Pack-Man Moving Services. They were very reasonably priced, their online system to make an estimate was very user friendly compared to a few other larger local names. The sales coordinator in the sales office was super friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs at various points leading up to moving day. The gentlemen arrived on time, and the crew took very good care prepping the house with runners everywhere, as well as good care with our items. Thank you all very much, I would recommend and will be using Pack-Man Moving Services for our next move!
The crew was WONDERFUL today helping me move out! They were lovely to work with and very efficient! Highly recommend :)
They did a decent job and moved quickly but didn’t want to put furniture together that they didn’t take apart. This is after I confirmed with the office that they could. The driver said he didn’t have his tools. How do you come to a job unprepared? I won’t be using them again.
